Miscellaneous Plan Issue in Prod

Hi All,

we have an issue in prod where miscellaneous plan becomes 0% when it is unlock using a different user ID. We tried testing it in DEV and in QAS, but we didnt encounter the error.

Example:

User1 - lock the record and created miscellaneous plan

- 50% for spouse

- 50% for child

User2 - unlock the record

- 0% for spouse

- 0% for child

Any ideas on this issue?
