Activity Type based on Work center and Personnel Number

Dear Forum,

I have created 2 work centers with multiple persons linked through HRMS. Each work center have different activity type.

When I do confirmation for same operation number with 2 persons from both work centers,

Operation 10 - 2 hrs - person 1 - work center 1 - Activity type 1

Operation 10 - 1 hr - person 2 - work center 2 - Activity type 2

My requirement is system should pick activity type based on personnel number mapped in each work center.

But actually it is showing default work center activity type only (same as operation 10)

How do I get activity type based on personnel number?
