We are working C4C - ISU integration for utilities.
The initial load from ISU - C4C is working fine.
In our case we will be creating Customer/Account only in C4C after the initial load.
For Replication,
We have configured the external number range in ERP-ISU for BP and maintained the same number range in C4C for external id(Number Range config for ERP replication). Also we have created reference customer in ISU and the same maintained SPRO configuration
Note: C4C internal BP id and external Id is not same.
Behaviour,
While Customer/Account is getting created in C4C it triggeres DEBMAS and ADRUPD idoc messages and its successfully processed.
Result: It creates SD customer which we can see in the KNA1 table with external id sent from C4C. But corresponding BP is not created. BUT000 doesnt have any BP.
Expected Behavior: While creating customer/Account from C4C, it should create Both BP and SD customer inn ISU
is it mandatory to keep C4C internal and external id same(I mean with-in C4C?)?
Note: When we create a BP in ISU, it creates corresponding SD customer also without any issue. Reverse(C4C to ISU) is not working as expected
please help to resolve this issue and share if you have any suggestion.
